Three plans. One promise.

Your business runs, your data is safe, your people are supported. Predictable, fixed fee managed IT and security packages, sized to your risk rather than to an enterprise budget. No two businesses have the same risk profile, so we do not sell off a price list.

PLAN ONE

CORE

The foundation. Productive users, monitored devices, recoverable data.

  • Patch management and remote monitoring. Continuous device health monitoring, automated operating system and third party patching, and a support agent on every device.
  • Endpoint detection and response. Protection that recognises an attack by how it behaves, not only by matching it against a list of known viruses.
  • Dark web monitoring. Continuous monitoring for your credentials, domains and email addresses appearing where stolen data is traded.
  • Reactive support allowance. Half an hour per user per month of helpdesk and incident support, pooled across your team.

Best fit: small businesses that need reliable, monitored IT with real endpoint protection and a known monthly cost.

PLAN TWO

SECURE

Everything in CORE, plus layered defence for businesses with real downside risk.

  • Full disk encryption. Centrally managed encryption for laptops and workstations, with key escrow and recovery.
  • Advanced threat defence. Unknown files are opened and watched in an isolated environment before they are allowed to run on anybody’s machine.
  • Awareness training and phishing simulation. Scheduled training, then safe simulated phishing to measure whether it worked.
  • Microsoft 365 backup. Independent backup of Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, with point in time restore.
  • Directory backup. Recovery of cloud directory objects, users, groups and access policies after accidental or malicious change.
  • Advanced email security. Filtering with business email compromise detection, link rewriting and attachment sandboxing.
  • Cloud application monitoring. Alerting on suspicious activity inside Microsoft 365 and other cloud apps.

Best fit: businesses handling sensitive data, under compliance pressure, or that have outgrown basic antivirus.

PLAN THREE

SENTINEL

Everything in SECURE, plus a full security operation watching over the business, day and night.

  • Extended detection and response. Correlated detection across endpoints, identity, email and network, with automated response playbooks.
  • 24/7 managed security operations. Round the clock coverage with active threat hunting, alert triage and incident response by certified analysts.
  • Mobile device management. Enrolment, configuration, compliance enforcement and remote wipe of company mobile devices.
  • Advanced threat intelligence. Continuously updated indicators of compromise applied to your environment.
  • Executive email protection. Enhanced protection for the accounts attackers target first, against spear phishing, chief executive fraud and brand impersonation.
  • Automation and orchestration. Full monitoring and management platform with custom automation workflows.

Best fit: businesses where downtime, breach exposure or regulatory failure carries material cost.

Before you call

Why is there no pricing on this page?
LANTEK does not publish per seat pricing because no two businesses of the same size carry the same risk. A ten person law firm holding privileged client information needs a different plan from a ten person workshop. Pricing is discussed openly in conversation, once the free health check has established what you actually need. What is published here is exactly what each plan includes.
Which plan does a small business usually start on?
Most businesses under about twenty five staff start on CORE, which covers monitored and patched devices, endpoint detection and response, dark web monitoring and a reactive support allowance. Businesses handling sensitive client data, or under compliance pressure from their own clients, usually start on SECURE because of the encryption, email security and Microsoft 365 backup it adds.
What does half an hour per user per month of support actually buy?
The reactive support allowance is pooled across your whole team, so a twenty person business has ten hours a month to draw on collectively rather than each person having thirty minutes. Hours reset monthly and do not roll over. Proactive work, meaning monitoring, patching and automated remediation, is never billed against that pool.
Can we move up a plan later?
Yes. Moving from CORE to SECURE or from SECURE to SENTINEL is a licensing and configuration change rather than a migration, and it can happen at any point in the month. Businesses commonly move up after a health check finds a specific exposure, or after a large client sends them a security questionnaire they cannot answer.

A free dark web scan
and thirty minutes.

We scan for your company email addresses, passwords and customer data in the places stolen and leaked data gets traded, then spend thirty minutes walking you through what came back and what it actually means. No pressure, no jargon, no obligation. You keep the report either way.

Worried about what it takes to move?

Changing IT provider is the single biggest reason businesses stay somewhere they have outgrown. We plan the move around your working week, and we help carry the cost of getting across. Ask us how that works when we speak.
