What does Microsoft Solutions Partner mean?

Microsoft Solutions Partner is a designation Microsoft awards against measured criteria including certified staff, delivered customer outcomes and technical capability. Are we paying for Microsoft licences we do not use?

Where is our data stored?

Microsoft 365 data for South African customers is typically stored in Microsoft data centres in South Africa or Europe depending on the tenant configuration and the service. POPIA Section 72 permits cross border transfer where the receiving jurisdiction has comparable protection, so this is a question of documenting the position correctly rather than a barrier.
